I worked with Annabel for 3 days. She was responsible for actively marketing our Active Travel Challenge to businesses in the Erewash area www.activetravelchallenge.org.uk
I found Annabel easy to work with. This was her first experience of cold calling, but by the second session, she had developed a relaxed and friendly manner on the telephone and was able to establish rapport easily. She handled unusual queries and rejections from businesses in a professional and courteous way.
I was particularly impressed by Annabel's energy, initiative and commitment to the task.

A huge 'thank you' for finding me a job which perfectly matched what I was looking for.
As a mum returning to work it isn't easy to find the right job but Ba Recruitment understood my requirements and as a result I was lucky enough to get the first job which Rachel sent me for.
I'm hoping that my position will become permanent, but if not, then I will happily go back to Ba Recruitment and be a nuisance all over again!

I had made a decision that I was going to look for a new Job after christmas, so when out of the blue Rachel from BA Recruitment telephoned me
and asked me if I was interested in a position that had just come in I thought she must have read my mind. I had nothing to loose by listening to Rachel to see what the job was. Rachel organised the interview and from the start to the completion of me getting the position she was very informative. Rachel kept in touch with me continuosly through out each stage. she was on the ball the whole time. I am still in the position that she found for me and hope to be here for many years. Great service, highly professional. Richard even took the time to review my CV and point out a few ways to make it stronger. I got placed in an extremely short space of time and Richard even helped me attend my interview at short notice.

A permanent job!
I joined BA recruitment in February 09, they put me to work within a week, they contacted me often to see how I was doing and to check if I was enjoying the job, I have been with the same company they set me up with for 3 months. I was then offered a permanent position.
BA supported me throughout and always helped me if I needed advice; they were professional, understanding and always took the time to explain anything I needed to know.
