Customer Services Manager / Supervisor

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Office Supervisor to join a busy and friendly team providing high levels of service. We are an online retail store with a trademarked and copyrighted brand of work wear clothing and accessories.

With past growth and expected growth to witness 25% growth year on year, we are in the enviable position of being at the forefront of our industry.
Due to continued expansion, we are currently looking to recruit a Sales Office Supervisor. 

Job Specification

Your role will be to manage the day-to-day after sales operation and ensure targeted revenue is achieved & where possible exceeded.  

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for:

• Dealing with enquires, bookings and complaints
• To assist in gaining new business for the company
• Management of key accounts including providing feedback to the Directors
• Maintain up to date records and customer profiles
• Producing MS Excel spreadsheets and maintain matrices for key accounts
• Compile and distribute trade information as and when required
• Sales visits with external sales staff when required
• Have effective administration processes in place to enable team to send communicate effectively with clients and customers
• Ensuring all internal and external correspondence is dealt with in a timely manner
• Managing recruitment requirements professionally
• Manage team performance targets agreed with Managing Director
• Conducting on-going training for all members of team
• Communicating daily, weekly and monthly figures to the Managing Director
• Producing of reports requested by directors
• Managing the order processing
• Audit and Quality check cancelled orders and orders on hold
• Ensuring deliveries are checked and delivered promptly

The ideal candidate will have a high level of supervisory / management experience within Customer Service and Business Development also along with supervisory experience is essential.

Person Specification

Our ideal candidate would have performed a similar role within the retail, online sales.

We are also looking for candidates who posses strong MS Excel skills and have a real taste for sales and customer services. If you have worked in Sales Support then this position might be right up your street.
