The role will involve:

taking in bound calls dealing with a variety of customer services issues,
offering a professional service to a variety of clients,
striving to provide a professional service at all times,
accurate recording of information on to a live system,

The ideal candidate will have:

excellent telephone manner,
the ability to take on board and learn specialist information,
previous customer service experience,
the desire to offer excellent service at all times,
fast and accurate recording of information skills,
strong computer literacy,
ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure.

This is a very professional organisation and a specialist customer focused based role.
The role is varied and fast paced and no two calls will be the same.
