HR Administrator

The xxxxx xxxxxGroup is one of Europe’s largest providers of integrated energy and facilities solutions. 

In the UK our core areas of expertise include mechanical, electrical and HVAC maintenance, installation and engineering to customers in the public and private sectors.


Reporting to the Regional Manager, we are seeking an HR Officer / Administrator to provide cover for maternity leave based at our Derby Office.  

This position is to provide HR support to 3 sectors; the Midlands, the North and a National Prison Contract, working in close liaison with our HR and Payroll departments at our Head Office in London.  

You will provide support to all levels of the HR function, from absence monitoring, recruitment to attending and providing guidance on disciplinary procedures etc.   

Some travel may be required to our regional offices. 


The ideal candidate will hold a CPP qualification and come from a HR administration background. 

Excellent communication skills and good organisational abilities are essential. 

You will have a demonstrable working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. 

Previous experience of Ciphr or a similar computerised HR system would be an advantage although full training and support will provided.
