Job Specification:

·                     3rd party product code set up

·                     Raising and receiving purchase orders on Oracle system

·                     Investigating pricing queries on Oracle system

·                     Updating supplier catalogue price amendments

·                     Raising factory shop orders via Oracle system

·                     Applying min/max levels to store stock via Oracle system

·                     Tracking maintenance schedules for all outlet shops - noting suppliers, test due dates, contracts, prices etc

·                     Updating Health and Safety KPI's for stores and ensuring they have the relevant training materials

·                     Updating league tables showing store's performance within shopping centres

·                     Completing daily sales figures for all stores

·                     Completing Point of Sale requirements for stores as required - accomplishing which POS goes to which stores, producing and meeting deadlines

·                     Providing advice and internal service for all store enquiries

·                     Investigating negative stock queries with stores in order to rectify stock files

·                     Pursuing stock take cyclical calendar completion with stores and recording results

·                     Updating daily store stock adjustments in tracker format and investigating odd results

·                     Completing audits of store activity via gift voucher redemption and refund activity

·                     Processing store's uniform, stationery and literature requirements

·                     Assisting Retail Support Manager with promotional activity

·                     Updating till prices via Power Enterprise

·                     Producing weekly rankings report

·                     Audit stores under banking

Person Specification:

·               A positive “can do” attitude.

·               Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

·               Excellent organisational skills.

·               Highly numerate and computer literate – in particular Word, Excel, Powerpoint and            Oracle or similar purchasing system.

·               Team player with the ability to communicate at all levels, particularly by telephone.

·               Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.

·               Proven time in the field of administration.

·               Ideally, have experience in a retail or customer facing environment.


·                     Salary:  £14000 max.  For your information only, please do not advertise.

·                     Hours:  8.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (38.75 per week)

·                     Holidays:  33 days in a full holiday year (January to December)
