Production Administrator – Manufacturing 

My client is looking for a suitably experienced and highly motivated production administrator to assist in all areas of the production department. 

With a turnover in excess of £10m and staffing level of around 50, my client has ambitious sales plans to increase turnover in the next few years. 

This new position will be varied and will require someone who wants to get involved in all aspects of the business over time. You will be joining an award winning business that is at the forefront of their sector. 

We are looking for a graduate, who processes a good understanding of Microsoft Office, especially spreadsheets as being able to manipulate data is a daily requirement.

You will receive experience in many areas of the business over time. This will entail but not limited too; Purchasing, Sales, Project Management and over time, People Management, Marketing and Customer Services. 

Successful candidates must be very highly organised and very confident. We are looking for someone who enjoys finding out why things happen (or don’t) and has the ability of then being able to communicate and implement necessary changes within the business. You must be able to communicate well with people at every level, as there will be daily interaction with staff members from every department. You must be able to work quickly and efficiently, managing your own work load and be happy working alone and as part of a team as the job requires both.

As a graduate, we will be looking for someone who has a relevant degree in an associated subject area, i.e. business administration, accounts etc.

This position is permanent, full-time (39 hours per week) The company offer great benefits including healthcare cover after 12 months service, voluntary pension scheme, 23 days holidays plus 8 statutory days and ongoing training.

 

Pay £12,000 - £14,000 per annum
