Customer Service Administrator

Department: Landscaping Merchant Sales Office

Reporting to: Landscaping Merchant Head of Section

Job Summary:

Ensure that the highest standard of customer service is achieved through the personal administration of taking, processing and pricing of customer orders.

Job Duties:

Providing excellent customer service.

  • Processing faxed and verbal orders.
  • Answering calls from stockists, landscapers and consumers.
  • Providing prompt and satisfactory resolution to any service and/or logistical issues.
  • Investigating and resolving invoice queries, to ensure prompt payment of invoices.
  • Processing sample and literature requests.
  • Building effective relationships with customers and other departments to enable excellent customer service.
  • Adopt and adhere to all xxxxxxx     Industries policies and regulations as required.
