CUSTOMER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR

           

 

JOB SPEC:

 

·                    Order management for both Retail and Private customers as part of a team

·                    Internal and external communication both written and verbal

·                    Claims & complaints  processing

·                    Order payment & refund processing

·                    Responding to in-coming e-mails

·                    Switchboard & mail room duties

 

 

PERSON SPEC:

 

·              A positive “can do” attitude.

·              Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines.

·              Excellent organisational skills.

·              Numerate and computer literate with good keyboard skills

·              High degree of accuracy

·              Team player with the ability to communicate at all levels, particularly     telephone.

·              Self-motivated and able to work without supervision.

·              Proven time in the field of administration and/or experience in a

Customer service role.                                          

 

PACKAGE:

 

·              Salary:  £14000 max.  For your information only, please do not advertise.

·              Hours:  8.45am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday (38.75 per week).

·              Holidays:  33 days in a full holiday year (January to December).

·              Company Sick Pay – after 13 week qualifying period.
