Contract Administrator

The xxxxx Group operates throughout Europe and has a turnover of 1.9 billion and is the principal services subsidiary of xxx xx xxxx.

We are looking for an administrator to work as part of our team on a prestigious long- term government contract. You'll be working alongside and supporting the Contract Managers, Supervisors and Engineers. Reporting to the Office Manager, duties will include: Providing full administration support to Contract Managers. Liaising with the Client, Suppliers and Subcontractors. Regular maintenance of Concept PPM system. Work in conjunction with the Helpdesk and Invoicing Team. Set up of new contracts.

Other Ad-Hoc duties, e.g. providing support for Sales Tenders

Ideally you should come from an administration background and have demonstrable working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience of working with SAP and Concept would be an advantage although full training will be given.

The ideal candidate will be well organised with a confident telephone manner and display a flexible and willing approach.
