Cheryl joined Ba Recruitment Ltd in January 2004 from a senior financial position in a large service company with over 20 years of experience working in accounts, AAT qualified and 5 years management experience. Cheryl will provide the understanding and knowledge required for the selection and placement of the perfect candidate to the clients' requirements.

Whilst in her last position as a Financial Controller, Ba Recruitment Ltd supplied both temporary or permanent candidates. From the customer service provided by BA Recruitment Ltd Cheryl was so impressed by how they understood the company, its requirements and the calibre of candidates selected, that she decided to join them to ensure the continuity of the service they provide and to be part of their continuing success. Julia
Julia, the Administrator at Ba Recruitment Ltd, is an outgoing and efficient member of the team. She feels she has joined a highly professional company, which recognises the importance of listening to everybody's needs.

Julia developed her organisational skills working as a Product Development Manager in an international manufacturing company, where meeting customers' expectations was crucial to the development of the business. During her career she has gained experience in recognising the needs of the others, as well as organising procedures to maximise efficiency.

Sharon
Sharon is the newest member to the Ba Recruitment team and is based at the Mansfield Office.

Sharon is fully AAT qualified and has over 15 years of Accounts and Management experience. In her last position of Office Manager, Sharon recruited both Permanent and Temporary staff, using a variety of agencies, including Ba. She soon came to realise that the calibre of candidate was of a higher standard from Ba, who specialise in Accountancy Recruitment and felt confident in the knowledge that anyone coming for an interview would be fully conversant in the position they were being interviewed for.
