Accounts Administrator
We are looking for a Financial Accounts Assistant to assist in the accounts department in this very busy business in central Derby. Purpose built offices in an open planned environment, you will be joining a focused team in their professional accounts department.
Your main responsibilities will be the assistance and preparation of the Purchase Ledger function, including documenting supplier invoices, supplier statement reconciliation, supplier payments, some invoicing duties will be needed and knowledge of self billing would be an advantage but not essential.
Ideally you will have some experience of working within an accounts department, you will have excellent computer skills especially Excel, knowledge of Sage line 100 would be an advantage but not essential as would SAP.
This role offers a great grounding for an enthusiastic individual wanting the ideal start to their accounting career. In return for your hard work, commitment and enthusiasm the company will provide assistance and support for your continued studies (although not day release).
