Payroll Administrator
Working for an innovative and dynamic Accountancy Practice based near to Belper, we are currently looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator.
You main role will be to assist with the payroll production for a number of companies within the practice. This will include, processing all information on starters and leavers, accurate data entry from timesheets onto systems and dealing accurately and politely with all payroll queries.
Your previous knowledge of payroll will come into practice for this role as you will be processing a number of weekly and monthly payrolls.
Using software called SUPAPAY, you must have some experience of payroll to apply for this role. Alternatively you may be an experienced administrator with a little basic knowledge of payroll looking to enhance your skills.
Working in beautiful surroundings with professional staff you will need to be able to get involved in all manner of administration also.
As you will be working for an accountancy practice, some knowledge of accounts preparation would be highly beneficial as would the need to assist in all other areas of the practice, be that administration, reception filing or data entry.
The existing team have been together for some time. You will need to be able to get along with others although at times you will need to be completely focused on getting the payroll accurate.
This position is due to start at the beginning of August 2009 with a months handover with the existing person.
