Administrator with CRB

Our clients based in central Derbyshire are seeking an experienced Administrator with an enhanced CRB disclosure on a part time basis.

Proven experience providing administrative support in professional environment

Requirements:
Experience of general office practice: filing, dealing with telephone enquiries, drafting letters, producing charts and tables, managing dairies, booking courses and ordering supplies.


·         Intermediate Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database skills
·         Commitment to equality and diversity
·         Accurate typing skills ;45 wpm using Microsoft Word
·         Math\'s & English qualified to grade C or above
·         Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
·         Good organisational and clerical/administrative skills
·         Good Customer Care skills
·         Car owner / Driver with clean license
·         Ability to deal with people at all levels
·         Experience of taking minutes
·         Public sector experience will be an advantage
·         A Enhanced CRB Disclosure is required

Hours and exact location of role are tbc.

Interviews will be held at the end of September & start date will be early October.
