Credit Card Query and Reconciliation Administrator

We are looking for a Data Input / Accounts Office Administrator to assist in the hotel accounts department in this very busy business in central Derby.  Purpose built offices in an open planned environment, you will be joining a focused team in their professional accounts administration department.

The position would appeal to a person with, perhaps, limited experience within an office environment but would need some training.
Main areas that you will become involved in are:
Accurate and timely inputting and invoicing of hotel bills.
Dealing with associated queries from various hotels and other customers, meeting specific targets and deadlines.
Prompt and efficient answering of customer related queries.
Accurate reporting of weekly figures.
Other duties connected to the department.

You will need to be computer literate and have demonstratable communication and literacy skills.
In return our clients are offering very good working conditions, 23 days holiday, rising to 25 after 2 years service, and assistance with training.

Pay scales are as follows;
16/17 =7500.00 plus
18/20= 10,00.00- 11,000 plus dependant on exp
21 Plus 11,600 to 12,000 dependant on exp.
