Credit Card Administrator
We are looking for a Credit Card Administrator to assist in the hotel accounts department in this very busy business in central Derby. Purpose built offices in an open planned environment, you will be joining a focused team in their professional accounts administration department.
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Accurate and timely inputting of all Credit Card invoices, received by Fax, Post and e mail plus other general office duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Accurate and timely, statement reconciliation to meet departmental targets
Dealing with associated queries to meet specific deadlines and daily targets.
Ensuring any erroneous charges passed to relevant card person
Prompt and efficient answering of telephone queries and calls...
Providing cover for other department members as and when required.
Other general duties to meet business and departmental demands
Ensure any potential problems or irregularities are reported to Line Manager
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Computer literacy required, knowledge RS4 an advantage
Excellent communication, skills both written and oral.
Sound interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure
Flexible and enthusiastic approach to work
Good organisational and time management skills
Any other ad hoc to meet departmental and business demand
Ensure any potential problems and irregularities are reported to your Manager
You will need to be computer literate and have demonstratable communication and literacy skills.
In return our clients are offering very good working conditions, 23 days holiday, rising to 25 after 2 years service, and assistance with training.
Pay scales are as follows;
16/17 =7500.00 plus
18/20= 10,00.00- 11,000 plus dependant on exp
21 plus 11,600 to 12,500 dependant on exp.
