Receptionist / Sales Administrator

Our client based north of Belper are seeking an experienced Receptionist with Sales Administration skills.

*To be considered for this role it is essential that you have reception experience and are a driver with own transport.

Details of role:

To perform reception duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner.

Dealing with incoming enquires, via phone, fax, email, external sales and members of the public.

Regular continuous use of Microsoft, Office, Excel, Outlook and sharepoint.

Maintain and continuously updating logging system of quotations, processed orders and sharepoint folders.

Visitor control in line with H & S legislation.

Operate / maintain a variety of standard office equipment.

Ordering of office supplies.

Management of daily post (incoming & outgoing).

To be able to communicate and liaise verbally and in writing between, customers/suppliers/visitors/enquirers and relevant staff, and to interpret and respond clearly and effectively to requests.

Cover for general daily accounts tasks, to include payment linking, banking and communication with group accounts team.

Establish and maintain effective relations with co workers, supervisors and the general public.
