Spanish speaking Administrator
Our client is seeking a Spanish and German speaking Credit Controller on a part time basis.
French along side one of the other languages would be considered. You will need to be fluent in spoken and written Spanish & German or French.
Seeking someone with strong experience in Administration or Accounts. Credit Control training will be given for the right applicant.
Hours are flexible, either mornings or afternoons over 5 days.

Role:
- Credit control for 500+ live accounts in both UK & Europe
- Opening of new accounts following credit checks, agreeing credit limits and terms the the Credit Manager
- Using aged debtors reports, chase up unpaid accounts by telephone, email, fax or letter in order to find out when payments will be made whilst ensuring that there are no problems with the invoices. System notes are then updated accordingly.
- To ensure all debtors accounts are clean and up to date (i.e. credit notes and cash receipts allocated, underpayments and currency variances researched and dealt with appropriately)
- Maintaining daily “Orders on hold” list by checking accounts for overdue invoices or over credit limit
- Prepare and maintain customer accounts files
- Investigate and resolve customer and internal account queries, maintaining a Debit Note Log – Weekly meetings with Customer Services to for updates on debit note resolution
- Ensuring the correct allocation of cash
- Close liaison with Customer Services and Business Managers
