Purchase Ledger Administrator
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a well established company based in the Belper area. They are seeking to recruit a part-time Purchase Ledger Administrator on an ongoing temporary basis to cover maternity leave.
You will have a good standard of education (GCSE Maths and English to C grade or equivalent) and a polite and business like telephone manner.
Main areas of responsibility will include:
Process of purchase invoices
Supplier statement reconciliation\'s and liaising with internal departments to ensure on time payments
GBP payments by bacs and cheques
Euro payments by foreign bank transfer
Month end accruals
Maintaining supplier database
You will need to demonstrate accuracy and a positive approach, be computer literate (preferably with SAP, Microsoft or similar).
Knowledge of Purchase Ledger is preferable, however training is provided.
Monday, Tuesday and Friday approx 16 hours. Please note the hours are flexible, the days are not.
