Admin - Team Leader
Our clients are a charity supporting and promoting the independence of people with mental health problems. We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified Team Leader.
You will be based in Matlock and will be responsible for managing service provision and supervising support staff.
Applicants must have proven experience working at a senior level within a support services environment. Knowledge of current tendering and personalisation agendas is desirable.
To have the following experience and qualifications would ensure an interview
- NVQ3 Health and Social Care or equivalent
- Knowledge of mental health and issues surrounding this
- Leadership/Management Qualification
- Experience of tender processing
- At least two years experience of managing others
The hours will be 30 per week, worked over 5 days.
It is essential that you are a car owner/driver as the role includes regular travel within Derbyshire.
