Part-time Accounts Administrator

A Chartered Management Accountants based near Matlock are looking for a temporary (ongoing) experienced Administrator to help with their business.

You will have some administration experience with the main points being reception and telephone duties, taking calls (accurately) taking messages,
Ideally you will have some payroll experience although this is not essential, however accurate data entry skills are a pre-requisite.  Computer literate with experience of using Sage line 50 would be beneficial along with Pegasus Capital Gold and MS Excel.

You must have a high degree of data entry skills and be highly communicative

This is a varied position but would suit someone wishing to work on a Monday and another day in the week (or maybe 2 1/2 days) school hours catered for.

The position is available immediately. Initially required for around 15 hours.
