Finance Assistant

We are looking for an Accounts Office Administrator to assist in the accounts department in this very busy business.  Purpose built offices in an open planned environment, you will be joining a focused team in their professional accounts department.

To apply for this role you will need to have a good education with particular emphasis on Maths and written and spoken English.

Main areas of responsibility will include:
Accurate and timely Input of Credit card Invoices
Dealing with associated queries to meet specific deadlines and daily targets
Ensuring any erroneous charges  passed to query administrator
Prompt and efficient answering of all telephone queries
Other general duties to meet business and departmental demands
Ensuring any potential problems and irregularities are reported to Team Leader/Hotel Accounts Manager     

You will need to be a:
Bright, ambitious person who enjoys a challenge; the successful candidate will need to have excellent  telephone skills, be tenacious, and have a high degree of self motivation.
